So, last weekend, The Hubs and I went to one of our favorite festivals of the season – the Festival of Nations at Tower Grove Park here in St. Louis. So, I’m kicking off this week with several pictures of the awesome crowds and sights this event brings in annually! Sit back. I’ve got several pictures for you in this post!
If you follow the lines of cars once you get anywhere within the vicinity of Grand & Arsenal, you will find your way to the festival. Heh.
Once you’ve eked out a place to park, follow the line of humans. LOL
Halfway to the festival-end of the park, if you have little ones (or you are little at heart), there’s a fountain to play in. I recommend it. 😛
Soon, you catch sight of the ‘official’ entrance (the opening picture), but before that, you start to see the tops of tents. You have arrived!
Everyone is smiling and friendly – seriously, I have never had one even uncomfortable interaction with anyone at the Festival of Nations. The crowd is huge, but chill.
You can smell the food, feel the music, and hear the vendors selling their wares! Over the next few days, we’ll check it all out!
(I would love for you to come back to visit, so please SUBSCRIBE using one of the buttons I have up there at the top on the left. And be sure to find me on Facebook for behind the scenes stuff and general goofiness. I’m on Twitter, too, but be warned – I have been known to accidentally tweet-bomb during baseball season!)
