I hope that my technical post title didn’t discourage. I know, I know – I’m an expert on all these old things. This appears to be a cool-looking, old-timey, steampunkish machine thingy. I realize that’s highly technical jargon, but, don’t worry, there won’t be a quiz. 😛
This appears to be some sort of power unit for the old mine. It’s pretty cool-looking, with spiral things, and the rust, and the texture, and the ridges. At least, I think it’s pretty cool-looking. LOL That’s why I took a picture of it.
